Job summary

Saving Sight is seeking a Sterile Laboratory Technician (Entry Level) in a full-time role with a strong focus on patient care. The position involves hands-on work to support the production of Autologous Serum Eye Drops, contributing to treatments that improve quality of life for patients nationwide.

You will perform process-driven lab tasks, adhere to aseptic techniques, and document each step carefully in a regulated healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Interest or background in laboratory work, specimen processing, medical manufacturing, assembly, or production.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort following step-by-step procedures.
• Ability to work independently while staying focused in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Basic computer skills and confidence with accurate documentation.
• Pride in producing high-quality work where accuracy matters.
• No prior medical certification required, training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform process‑driven laboratory tasks to prepare and handle blood‑derived products
• Follow aseptic techniques and strict quality standards in a clean, regulated lab setting
• Label, package, and prepare medical products for shipment to patients
• Complete routine equipment checks and cleaning procedures
• Accurately document each step of the process to ensure compliance and patient safety

Pay: $19.43/hour

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–6:00 p.m. | Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
