Saving Sight is seeking an Healthcare Laboratory Processing Associate in Missouri. This entry-level role offers paid training and no prior healthcare experience is required, with a focus on learning essential lab skills and patient safety.

You will process and prepare autologous eye-drop products in a sterile lab, maintain records, and work with the team to ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment. Full-time schedule includes weekday and weekend shifts with comprehensive benefits.

Pay: $19.43/hour
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. | Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.

What You’ll Do

As a Healthcare Laboratory Processing Associate, you’ll play an important role in helping ensure patients receive autologous eye-drops safely, accurately, and on time.

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and process patient eye drops following established quality and safety standards
• Perform hands-on production tasks in a clean, sterile laboratory environment
• Label, package, and prepare products for shipment and distribution
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support patient safety and regulatory compliance
• Complete routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and maintenance activities
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Follow detailed processes and procedures to maintain the highest quality standards
