Job summary

Saving Sight in Missouri is hiring a Healthcare Laboratory Processing Associate for an entry-level role with paid training and no prior experience required. You will prepare and process patient eye drops in a clean, sterile lab, following quality and safety standards to ensure accurate, on-time production for autologous drops.

This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and paid time off. We’re seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and able to follow

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process patient eye drops following established quality and safety standards.
  • Perform hands-on production tasks in a clean, sterile laboratory environment.
  • Label, package, and prepare products for shipment and distribution.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support patient safety and regulatory compliance.
  • Complete routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Follow detailed processes and procedures to maintain high quality standards.

Entry-Level Laboratory Opportunity | Paid Training Provided | No Experience Required

Pay: $19.43/hour
Schedule: Tuesday-Friday, 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. | Saturday, 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Full-Time | Comprehensive Benefits | Paid Time Off

What You'll Do

As a Healthcare Laboratory Processing Associate, you'll play an important role in helping ensure patients receive autologous eye-drops safely, accurately, and on time.

Responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and process patient eye drops following established quality and safety standards
  • Perform hands-on production tasks in a clean, sterile laboratory environment
  • Label, package, and prepare products for shipment and distribution
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support patient safety and regulatory compliance
