Job summary

National Spine and Pain Center is seeking a Laboratory Technician/Phlebotomist to maintain sterile conditions and support the StemCell Arts Program. You will process samples, monitor temperatures, and ensure proper documentation and compliance in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The role requires a high school diploma with related experience; science interest and EMR familiarity are preferred. Occasional travel to Regenexx offices may be needed, with strong attention to detail and organization.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma plus related experience; BA/BS a plus.
• Background in science and interest in Chemistry or Biology preferred.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced clinical environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to Regenexx offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Process samples including Platelet Rich Plasma, Platelet Lysate, Stem Cells.
• Maintain daily temperature logs for fridge and freezer.
• Keep lab clean and sterilized; perform daily/weekly cleanings.
• Maintain cleaning schedule and logs.
• Monitor lab equipment condition and calibrations.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate supplies.
• Ensure sterile environment; proper disposal of samples and waste.
• Document lab processing in logs and Regenexx FormStack.
• Communicate processing status to Coordinator or medical assistant.
• Comply with NSPC policies, OSHA and HIPAA rules.
• Complete annual compliance training.
• Any other duties as assigned.
