Job summary

American Regent is seeking an Equipment and Process Technician I to support the Inspection and Packaging Supervisor in sterile pharmaceutical operations, ensuring compliance with cGMPs and company procedures. This role focuses on manual inspection, setup of automated lines, labeling and packaging duties, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; some college or technical training is a plus.
• Minimum 1-year work experience in inspection, packaging, quality control and/or production preferred.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to read documents in Standard English (SOPs, maintenance schedules, operating manuals).
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Physically performs inspection and packaging activities per operating procedures.
• Maintains accurate and complete records and training records.
• Set-up manual inspection process with minimal assistance.
• Performs inspection, packaging, changeover, cleaning with documentation oversight.
• Performs inspection reconciliation and timely documentation.
• Review batch records and log books prior to final Production review.
• Provide assistance to Quality Assurance as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean and compliant work environment.
• Identify and report unsafe or non-compliant conditions.
• Adhere to QUALITY culture and perform other duties as assigned.
