Job summary

STAQ Pharma, Inc. seeks a Formulation Technician to support ISO-8 dispensing and formulation in a regulated 503B facility. You will handle material preparation, equipment setup, batch-record execution, and meticulous documentation to ensure product quality and patient safety.

The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP, GDP, and safety protocols, with hands-on tasks across formulation and cleaning in a controlled environment. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior sterile compounding, pharmaceutical manufacturing, or related regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of FDA guidelines, cGMP, and GDP preferred.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and chemistry calculations required; ability to perform weight, volume, and formulation calculations.

Responsibilities

• Perform ISO-8 dispensing and formulation operations according to batch records, SOPs, work instructions, protocols, and cGMP requirements.
• Prepare, verify, handle, and stage materials, components, product containers, and equipment for formulation activities.
• Weigh, measure, dispense, or support formulation-related tasks using approved procedures and required documentation.
• Document all actions contemporaneously, in accordance with GDP standards.
• Follow all safety, PPE, and regulatory requirements (cGMP, OSHA, FDA, DEA) and escalate any deviations or issues.
