Job summary

STAQ Pharma Inc. is seeking a Sterile Filling Technician I to support aseptic filling operations in a classified ISO-7 cleanroom within a 503B facility.

You will assist with setup, material preparation, documentation, labeling, and production support while following cGMP/GDP and gowning requirements. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced regulatory environment, with the drive to grow in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing and contribute to patient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in sterile or regulated manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to follow batch records, SOPs and work instructions exactly.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in English.

Responsibilities

• Support ISO-7 aseptic filling operations per approved protocols and cGMP requirements.
• Prepare materials, staging, equipment, and line support for sterile filling.
• Maintain gowning qualification and adhere to cleanroom PPE and contamination controls.
• Document work accurately and in real time, including batch records and logs.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, labeling, visual inspection, and other production tasks.
• Escalate deviations or safety, quality, or compliance concerns as needed.
