Job summary

STAQ Pharma, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician I to support visual inspection, labeling, packaging, documentation, cleaning, and material handling in a 503B outsourcing facility.

This entry-level role participates in ensuring product quality and patient safety under controlled conditions. You will follow batch records and SOPs, wear PPE, and adapt to shifting production priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screening and vision screening.
• Must speak, write, and read English.
• 1+ years of continuous work experience.
• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and chemistry calculations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with dynamic priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual inspection of finished products according to procedures.
• Support labeling and packaging activities and verify documentation.
• Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP practices.
• Complete production documentation in real time with accuracy.
• Assist with cleaning, restocking, and maintaining production areas.
• Use production equipment per established procedures.
• Safely handle chemicals and other materials per safety rules.
• Follow PPE, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify deviations and report potential risks.
• Stop work and notify if safety or quality risk arises.
• Maintain training and qualifications for production tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and other departments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and safety.
