Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a 1st Shift Fill Operator to support sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing in a regulated cleanroom. The role emphasizes accurate batch production, GMP documentation, and adherence to safety standards in a highly controlled environment.

The successful candidate will perform batch compounding, operate HMIs, and ensure all SOPs are followed while maintaining quality and compliance. Strong attention to detail and physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP manufacturing or FDA-regulated environments.
• Proficiency with batch records and GMP documentation.
• Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards.
• Comfort working in cleanroom and gowning requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment and areas daily to maintain sterile conditions.
• Complete GMP batch records and documentation accurately.
• Perform batch compounding and mixing of sterile products.
• Operate HMIs and computerized equipment to support production.
• Assemble components and perform filter integrity testing.
• Follow SOPs for material handling, setup, cleaning, and production processes.
• Work in sterile cleanrooms wearing PPE and maintain compliance.
• Access SOPs and training modules via computer systems and complete electronic documentation.
• Meet production output targets while ensuring quality and safety.
• Inspect products visually for defects and support packaging and labeling as needed.
