Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Fill Operator I for the 1st shift. You will handle the complete spectrum of duties in controlled filling and ancillary rooms, including setup, operation, sanitization, and PM activities, ensuring compliance with cGMPs and SOPs.

The role requires a high school diploma and either 1 year of production equipment experience or 2 years as a Clean Room Operator; aseptic technique training is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• 1 year experience operating production equipment and/or operating analytical instrumentation or 2 years as a Clean Room Operator required.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling and support equipment such as fillers, stoppering units and cappers.
• Set up, operate, and sanitize filling equipment; maintain logs and apply SOPs.
• Perform weight checks and other quality checks on fills.
• Assist with preventive maintenance on filling equipment as needed.
• Follow PPE and gowning requirements and report issues to supervisor.
