Aerotek seeks a 1st shift Compounder in Bedford, OH to work in an FDA-regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, compounding sterile products and maintaining GMP standards. The role emphasizes cleaning, documentation, and operation of formulation equipment with strict PPE usage.

The position runs 7:00am-3:30pm, with focus on batch records, SOP adherence, and safety. Eligible candidates will have GMP experience and be able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Formación

• GMP manufacturing experience in a regulated environment is required.
• Experience with batch mixing, compounding, or following recipes and batch records in production.
• Strong documentation skills to complete GMP records accurately and consistently.
• Proficiency with computer systems to access SOPs, training modules, and document management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily cleaning and sanitization to maintain sterile conditions and GMP compliance.
• Complete GMP batch records accurately and legibly, following recipes for APIs and excipients.
• Compound and mix sterile pharmaceutical products per procedures and quality standards.
• Operate formulation systems and HMIs to support production activities.
• Assemble equipment and verify integrity of components.
• Conduct filter integrity testing and flushing to ensure product safety.
• Follow SOPs for material handling, equipment setup, and cleaning.
• Work in sterile cleanroom and isolator environments with full PPE.
