Job summary

Hikma Pharmaceuticals USA Inc. is seeking a Fill Operator I to run automated filling lines in a controlled environment. You will be responsible for setup, operation, cleaning, and adherence to cGMP/SOP procedures while documenting all steps.

Responsibilities include performing quality checks, maintaining logs, and supporting preventive maintenance as needed in a gowning-required filling suite. The role requires lifting and long periods of standing.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School diploma. 1 year experience operating production equipment and/or operating analytical instrumentation or 2 years as a Clean Room Operator.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate automated filling and support equipment such as fillers, stoppering units and cappers.
• Complete paperwork and log book entries for the filling rooms.
• Follow written procedures for operation of the fill room and maintain aseptic technique.
• Perform cleaning of equipment and room, including walls and floors as necessary.
• Collect samples, perform fill weight checks and other quality checks.
