Job summary

Swiss American CDMO in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Compounding Room Cleaner who will sanitize kettles, pumps, and mixers in the cleanroom, following SOPs and contributing to a compliant, sterile manufacturing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, meticulous cleaning discipline, adherence to SDS and safety procedures, and clear communication with sanitation teams; you will document activities and support production during cleaning operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Meticulously clean and disinfect compounding surfaces and equipment.
• Follow established protocols to ensure a sterile and safe working environment.
• Read and understand safety data sheets (SDS) for cleaning products.
• Follow all safety procedures related to hazardous materials and equipment operation.
• Maintain awareness of potential safety hazards in the compounding room.
• Clearly communicate cleaning needs and issues to team members.

Responsibilities

• Follow lock out tag out procedures before starting tasks.
• Clean and sanitize kettles, valves, blades, and attachments per SOP.
• Reassemble components after cleaning.
• Clean and sanitize transfer pumps and mixers; reassemble.
• Provide DI water at 80C to Production as needed for cleaning.
• Document cleaning activities in the Cleaning Logbook.
• Report issues to Sanitation leadership.
