Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain aseptic environment in cleanroom by gowning and cleaning according to CGMP guidelines.
• Record daily and weekly cleaning activities per SOP.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly sanitization/cleaning of clean rooms and equipment.
• Remove trash from production areas promptly and sanitary.
• Maintain general housekeeping of working area and plant.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas.
• Oversee the done-by, checked-by process for gowning, sterile technique, and documentation.
• Take inventory in the clean room for components, gloves, IPA, masks, etc.
• Clock in and out for scheduled shift in a timely manner.
• Accurately testing cleaning chemicals according to SOP.
• Support production schedule and cGMP compliance.
• Work as a team to achieve outcomes.
• Perform cleaning and filling of purified water in carboys and complete necessary documentation.

Essential functions:

• Maintains a aseptic environment in the cleanroom, by gowning, cleaning the room, and behaving according to clean room procedures that align with CGMP practices or guidelines
• Provide an accurate record of daily and weekly cleaning activities according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Perform the daily, weekly and monthly sanitization/cleaning of clean rooms and equipments.
• Remove trash from the production areas to the waste disposal in a prompt and sanitary manner.
• Maintain general housekeeping of working area and plant.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas.
• Follows the “done-by checked-by” process to oversee the techniques and practices of co-workers, measurements, gowning, sterile techniques, and documentation.
• Takes inventory in the clean room to identify components, sterile gloves, IPA, masks, etc…needed for operators.
• Clock in and out for every scheduled shift in a timely manner.
• Accurately testing the cleaning chemicals according to the Standard Operating Procedures.
• Performs other duties in order to meet production schedule or to comply with cGMPs.
• Works as a member of a team to achieve all outcomes.
• Perform cleaning and filling of purified water in carboy's and carry out necessary documentation work.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications & Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a aseptic environment preferred.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must have strong discipline and following of Standard Operating Procedures repeatedly.
• Must be able to learn gowning procedures and wear sterile Personal Protective Equipment, to include a respirator each day while cleaning.
• Physically capable of being on feet for 3 hours doing physical labor of cleaning the Clean Room
• Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill production and cleaning tasks.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
