Job summary

UW Medical Center-Montlake Pharmacy Department seeks a Pharmacy Quality Assurance Coordinator (Pharmacist 4) to lead QA programs for compounded sterile products across UW Medicine Pharmacies and to coordinate interpretation and reporting of microbiological, environmental, and end‑product test results.

You will design and implement QA policies with area managers, work independently to review results, and advise pharmacy leadership on quality matters; licensure and residency substitutions apply

Qualifications

• Three years experience in pharmacy practice.
• ASHP-accredited residency training may substitute month-for-month for the experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain QA programs for sterile products in collaboration with pharmacy managers.
• Direct QA programs for compounded sterile products across UW Medicine Pharmacies.
• Coordinate interpretation and reporting of microbiological, environmental, and end product test results.
