Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical compounding quality assurance or related field.
• Knowledge of USP standards and FDA regulations for pharmaceutical compounding.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures for compounding operations.
• Conduct audits of processes, equipment, and facilities for compliance.
• Review batch records, formulas, and QC results prior to release.
• Investigate deviations and coordinate corrective actions.
• Train staff on QA policies and regulatory requirements.
