Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions is seeking a Non Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician in Arizona to join our pharmacy team. You will prepare non-sterile formulations, measure, mix, and package medications under pharmacist supervision while maintaining safety and confidentiality.

The role requires reading SOPs, familiarity with USP 795/800, and ability to use pharmacy software. We offer comprehensive benefits, 401(k) match, PTO, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• PTCB certification preferred if not a state requirement.
• Compounding and/or laboratory experience preferred.
• Must be able to read, understand SOPs and all guidelines as they relate to the process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a working knowledge of applicable pharmacy rules and regulations.
• Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the company.
• Strong comprehension of USP 795 and USP 800.
• Have a strong working knowledge of pharmacy software.
• Prioritize and prepare formula and compounding records.
• Compound medications accurately and efficiently.
• File necessary paperwork.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance duties.
• Assist with ongoing and month end inventory.
• Assist in initial and continuous training of staff.
• Pull outdated medications for destruction.
• Restock supplies and keep pharmacy neat and orderly.
• Maintain compliance with Company patient confidentiality requirements.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
