Job summary

Southend Pharmacy is seeking a detail-oriented Sterile Pharmacy Technician to support sterile compounding operations in a Full-Time capacity. This role is critical to maintaining compliance, quality, and patient safety standards within the pharmacy.

Requirements include an active CPhT license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy, at least one year of sterile compounding experience, and an IV sterile compounding certification.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) license in good standing with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy (TSBP).
• Minimum 1+ year of sterile compounding experience.
• Current IV sterile compounding certification (ACPE-accredited) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding with precision and adherence to protocols.
• Ensure accurate and timely medication preparation and distribution.
• Maintain proper documentation and organization of medication records.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
• Support compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
