Strive Pharmacy is a personalized compounding pharmacy seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to prepare and compound custom prescriptions, including hazardous and non-hazardous agents, while upholding high quality and SOP compliance.

The role emphasizes sterile technique, QA, documentation, and teamwork with pharmacists to ensure patient safety and accurate formulations. Onsite work in a patient-centered environment.

Qualificações

• At least one year of sterile compounding experience.
• Completed 40-hour ACPE-accredited sterile compounding course.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Active National Certification (PTCB/ExCPT) preferred.
• Previous 503A experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Follow proprietary formulations to compound sterile injectables, ophthalmics, oral liquids, topical agents, and tablets.
• Quality control: perform QA on compounds, prepare samples, and investigate deviations.
• Collaborate with Pharmacist in Charge, facility Pharmacists, and QA personnel to ensure product integrity.
• Maintain calibration logs for scales and electronic meters; document quality procedures.
• Lab maintenance: keep the compounding lab clean and dispose of chemicals properly.
• Monitor inventory, report low stock, and check for outdated or expiring chemicals.
• Participate in audits/inspections and complete required CE responsibilities.
