Job summary

Belmar Pharmacy is seeking a Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician to assist in preparing customized medication formulations. You will measure, mix, and package non-sterile compounds, collaborating with pharmacists to ensure patient care quality.

Maintain clean workspaces and follow safety and regulatory standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with pharmacy software, and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• PTCB certification preferred if not a state requirement.
• Compounding and/or laboratory experience preferred.
• Ability to read, understand SOPs and guidelines for the process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of applicable pharmacy rules and regulations.
• Follow policies and procedures set by the company.
• Ensure accurate compounding according to prescriptions and standards.
• Maintain clean, organized workspace and safety protocols.
• Assist with inventory and staff training as needed.
• Prepare formulas and compounding records.
