Job summary

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy.
• PTCB certification (preferred).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong aseptic technique and attention to detail.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under time and volume constraints.

Responsibilities

• Sterile compounder must follow cGMP, USP <797>, and FDA regulations.
• Maintain manufacturing records and complete documentation per guidelines.
• Operate and monitor sterile compounding equipment to ensure quality.
• Weigh and mix components for sterile medications.
• Perform end-of-batch reconciliation and verification.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the clean room environment.
• Monitor inventory for low stock or expiring materials.
• Support regulatory compliance and batch validation activities.
