Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; state license registration upon hire.
• Experience in compounding and/or laboratory settings preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and adherence to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Measure, weigh, count, and compound medications per formulation.
• Prepare sterile products and maintain clean room and equipment.
• Enter lot numbers and expiration dates to maintain accurate records.
• Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with HIPAA policies.
• Inventory management and documentation, labels, logs, and reports.
