You will maintain logs, comply with regulations, and work closely with pharmacists in a structured, regulated environment. Prior sterile compounding experience is preferred, with training available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Sterile compounding experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate).
• PTCB certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a structured, regulated environment.
• Reliable and consistent attendance.

Responsibilities

• Perform aseptic technique in a cleanroom and laminar airflow hood environment
• Accurately measure, mix, and label medications
• Maintain detailed compounding logs and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Clean and maintain sterile compounding areas and equipment
• Assist with inventory management and supply organization
• Work closely with pharmacists to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Follow all safety and infection control protocols
