RPC Company in Kennett Square, PA is seeking a licensed Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to join our sterile compounding team, working under pharmacist supervision to prepare sterile and non-sterile medications.

You'll follow USP standards, SOPs, maintain cleanrooms, manage inventory, and ensure accurate documentation. The role offers a full-time day schedule, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to advance in compounding.

Qualifikationen

• Active CPhT certification with CE credits kept current.
• 2–5 years of pharmacy technician experience; sterile compounding preferred.
• Sterile compounding training or ACPE-accredited 40-hour course, or willingness to complete training.
• Willingness to complete aseptic technique validation and competency testing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs precisely.
• Excellent communication and teamwork with pharmacists, technicians, and healthcare providers.
• Multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of compounding pharmacy software; The Compounder is a plus.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and basic office equipment.

Aufgaben

• Compound sterile and non-sterile medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Measure, mix, package, inspect, and label compounds per SOPs and Master Formulation Records.
• Maintain garbing, aseptic technique, and cleanroom integrity.
• Handle hazardous/non-hazardous drugs following safety standards.
• Assist with environmental monitoring and batch documentation.
• Keep accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations (HIPAA included).
• Help manage inventory of ingredients, equipment, and PPE.
• Support timely fulfillment of prescriptions for shipping or pickup.
