Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking a Sterile Compounding Quality Manager to maintain cleanroom quality standards and CSP processes across national sites. You will monitor metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions while collaborating with leadership and Cleanroom Help teams.

The role requires independent, autonomous work with strong judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities while driving quality and regulatory goals across the organization.

Qualifications

• CSPT through PTCB or BCSCP through BPS.
• Pharmacy technician license or pharmacist license in licensed state.
• 7 years infusion therapy or related experience in sterile compounding/training/policy creation.

Responsibilities

• Provide field support as subject matter expert on all cleanroom quality topics.
• Lead in quality decisions and field support per Option Care Health policy.
• Maintain and review cleanroom quality systems and tools.
• Provide routine and ad-hoc quality reports and summaries.
• Monitor certifications, microbial monitoring maps, and regulatory alignment.
• Lead root cause investigations and CAPA development with stakeholders.
• Develop and monitor corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
