Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. is the nation's largest home and alternate site infusion services provider, seeking a Sterile Compounding Quality Manager to support cleanroom quality standards and CSP processes across national operations.

The role acts as the primary quality resource for assigned areas, with after-hours support for urgent events and strong collaboration with leadership. You will monitor quality metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions while improving processes to

Qualifications

• CSPT credential required (PTCB) or equivalent.
• BCSCP credential required (BPS).
• Pharmacy licensure or active pharmacist license.
• 7 years of infusion therapy, sterile compounding or related corporate office experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides SME support to field on all cleanroom quality questions and urgent incidents.
• Maintains and reviews cleanroom quality systems and reports; provides executive summaries as needed.
• Coordinates with facilities and leadership for certifications, reports, and microbial monitoring maps.
• Reviews KPIs and quality systems to identify trends and drive CAPA initiatives.
• Generates standard and ad-hoc quality improvement reports using relevant data sources.
• Leads root cause investigations, coordinates CAPA plans and follows up for effective resolutions.
• Conducts quality visits and trainings on cleanroom quality and procedures.
• Supports new cleanroom construction/remodels with quality guidance and documented workflows.
• Builds relationships with vendors to support field cleanroom quality.
• Develops action plans from inspections and accreditation findings.
