Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of hospital or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, USP standards, and compounding equipment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a sterile environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with EPIC software.

Responsibilities

• Sterile compounding following USP standards.
• Maintain aseptic technique throughout compounding.
• Conduct routine cleaning, testing, and monitoring of equipment and cleanrooms.
• Manage and monitor inventory of sterile meds and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of compounding activities and documentation.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
