Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year hospital or similar experience.
• Strong knowledge of aseptic techniques and USP <797> standards.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance.

• Proficiency with EPIC software.

Responsibilities

• Sterile compounding of medications including IV admixtures per USP <797> standards.
• Maintain aseptic technique throughout compounding.
• Perform quality assurance on equipment, cleanrooms, and hoods.
• Manage and monitor inventory of sterile drugs and supplies.
• Document compounding activities and batch records.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and nurses to ensure timely medication delivery.
• Follow safety protocols and PPE requirements.
• Stay current with industry guidelines and best practices.
