Qualifications

• Fellowship in stereotactic and functional neurosurgery preferred.
• Board certification or eligibility by the ABNS.
• Qualified for NC medical licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical care for epilepsy and movement disorders with neurology collaboration.
• Educate and mentor residents, fellows, and medical students.
• Contribute to research on neurological disease mechanisms and surgical techniques.
• Collaborate across UNC's neuroscience, imaging, and engineering teams.
