Qualifications

• RN license current in hiring state or compact licensure
• BLS required or within 30 days of hire
• ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, C-EFM, PALS, PEARS certifications preferred
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs; prolonged standing/walking

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality
• Coordinates patient care with other departments
• Evaluates care effectiveness provided by direct care givers
• Mentors through Mercy Nurse Residency and ICU transition pathway
