CHI St. Vincent in Little Rock, AR, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Stepdown Unit to support patients transitioning from ICU to home. You will provide direct care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians and families to ensure safe, effective recovery.

The role requires 12 months of acute care experience, an Arkansas or compact-state RN license, and BLS/ACLS within the specified timelines. Sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance are available.

Formación

• Active Registered Nurse license in Arkansas or compact state.
• 12 months acute care experience required.
• Previous step down/ICU experience strongly preferred.
• BLS within 30 days; ACLS within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care including medication administration and vital signs.
• Monitor patients on life-saving equipment (IVs, catheters, feeding tubes, ventilators).
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams.
• Support patient advocacy and create a safe recovery environment.
