Job summary

CHI St. Vincent, part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Stepdown Unit in Arkansas. You will deliver direct patient care, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians and families to transition patients from ICU to home. Strong critical thinking and time management are essential.

Qualifications include AR RN license, 12 months acute care, and BLS/ACLS certifications. Sign-on bonus up to $25,000 and clinical ladder opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing in Arkansas or compact state.
• 12 months acute care experience required; residency for new grads.
• Step-down and/or ICU experience preferred.
• BLS within 30 days; ACLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Check patients’ health status daily and note changes.
• Caring for multiple patients during same shift.
• Monitor life-saving equipment (IVs, catheters, ventilators).
• Provide a safe, comfortable environment and advocate for patients.
