Job summary

Ingenovis Health, in partnership with UK King’s Daughters and the Riverspan program, seeks a Stepdown RN to monitor patients needing frequent assessments and to administer medications and hands-on care. The role involves collaborating with facility staff while Ingenovis handles onboarding and payroll.

Requirements include 1–2 years of relevant RN experience and active licensure in the US, with additional certifications as required by the facility.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit
• An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients requiring frequent assessment and track vital signs
• Detect changes in patient condition and respond promptly
• Administer medications as prescribed
• Provide hands-on nursing care and support to patients and families

Job description

As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands-on care.
