Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Stepdown RN to monitor patients requiring frequent assessment and to detect changes in condition. You will administer medications and provide hands-on care within a flexible workforce model.

Clinicians will be integrated with partner facility staff for scheduling and daily management. Active RN license in the US is required, with 1–2 years in a stepdown or similar setting and willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care.
• Active RN license or appropriate US accreditation.
• Additional requirements may be requested by the facility/unit.

Responsibilities

As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands-on care.
