Job summary

Ingenovis Health is partnering with UK King’s Daughters as the employer of record for Riverspan to staff stepdown nursing roles nationwide. This travel RN position offers flexible scheduling and onboarding through Ingenovis Health.

As a Stepdown RN in Milwaukee, you’ll monitor patients who need frequent assessments, administer meds, and provide hands-on care, with support through Ingenovis Health and the UK King’s Daughters framework.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent Stepdown/telemetry experience.
• Active RN license in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel and flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs continuously.
• Administer medications as prescribed and document care.
• Provide hands-on nursing care and ensure patient safety.
• Collaborate with physicians and bedside teams to coordinate care.

As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands-on care.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:

• 1-2 years recent experience in the job's primary area of care
• Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
• Additional requirements & certifications as may be requested by the specificfacility/unit
