Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Stepdown RN to monitor patients requiring frequent assessment and provide hands-on care, including vital signs, medication administration, and early detection of condition changes. This is travel-friendly, with scheduling tied to partner facilities in Indiana.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent experience in stepdown/IMC or equivalent
• Active RN license in Indiana or eligible
• Willingness to travel and meet facility requirements
• Strong communication and compassionate patient care

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient status and vital signs continuously
• Detect changes in condition and escalate appropriately
• Administer medications and provide hands-on care
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure safe transfers

Job description

As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands-on care.

Basic travel nursing requirements include:
