Job summary

Ingenovis Health, in partnership with Riverspan and UK King’s Daughters, is seeking a Stepdown RN in Texas. The nurse will monitor patients requiring frequent assessment, administer medications, and provide hands-on care in a stepdown setting, ensuring safety and comfort.

On-site hospital environment with standard benefits and professional support. The role requires an active Texas RN license, ACLS/BLS, IV certification, CPI training, and the ability to work within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• CPI certification (de-escalation)

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients requiring frequent assessment to detect changes in condition.
• Record and interpret vital signs and clinical data.
• Administer medications per physician orders.

As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands-on care.
