Job summary

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Stepdown RN to monitor patients requiring frequent assessment and administer medications in a stepdown unit. You will monitor vital signs, detect changes in condition, and provide hands-on care in a fast-paced setting.

Texas RN license is required; CPI, IV Certification, ACLS and BLS certifications are listed. Ingenovis Health partners with UK King’s Daughters for a flexible workforce via Riverspan, with onboarding and payroll managed by Ingenovis.

As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands-on care.
