Tri-Star Transport, an independent FedEx Ground contractor, is hiring a FedEx Delivery Driver in Arlington, TX. You will operate a FedEx-branded step van or box truck to deliver and pick up packages for residential and commercial customers, working a full-time daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Clean driving record.
• At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience.
• Ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and meet DOT requirements.
• Ability to pass a 7-year background check and pre-employment/random drug screenings.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Operate a FedEx-branded step van or box truck on local routes.
• Deliver and pick up packages from residential and commercial customers.
• Complete daily delivery and pickup routes safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Load, sort, organize, and secure packages in the delivery vehicle.
• Use handheld scanners, mobile devices, GPS, and other delivery technology to complete stops and maintain records.
• Provide professional customer service at every stop.
• Follow FedEx Ground procedures, Tri-Star Transport policies, DOT regulations, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

As a FedEx Delivery Driver, you will operate a FedEx-branded step van or box truck while completing assigned local delivery and pickup routes.

• Safely operate a step van or box truck on assigned local routes.
• Deliver and pick up packages from residential and commercial customers.
• Complete daily delivery and pickup routes safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Load, sort, organize, and secure packages in the delivery vehicle.

• Organize packages to improve route efficiency, productivity, and delivery time.
• Provide professional, courteous customer service at every residential and commercial stop.
• Follow FedEx Ground procedures, Tri-Star Transport policies, DOT regulations, and transportation safety requirements.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, manifests, and required documentation.
• Safely lift, carry, load, and unload packages weighing up to 150 lbs.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Work independently while meeting route productivity, safety, delivery, and service expectations.
• Follow all procedures for vehicle operation, package handling, customer service, and workplace safety.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
