RouteElite LLC in Eugene, OR is hiring full-time and part-time FedEx Delivery Drivers to make local residential and business deliveries. CDL not required.

Earn 780–880 USD per week, plus up to 300 USD monthly in performance bonuses. We offer paid training, a 401(k) with company match, PTO incentives, and a fast hiring process. Applicants must be 21+, pass drug, DOT, and background checks, and be able to lift 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and a clean record.
• Pass a drug test (includes marijuana), DOT physical, and background check.
• Lift up to 75 lbs (150 lbs with hand truck) and work in all weather.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.

Responsabilités

• Safely operate a company-provided vehicle.
• Pick up and deliver packages to homes and businesses.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Priority given to Saturday availability.

We're hiring full-time and part-time FedEx Delivery Drivers to make local residential and business deliveries. If you've driven for UPS, Amazon, DHL, Walmart, Uber, Lyft, or similar companies, we want you! (CDL not required.)

Competitive Pay – $19.50/hr (Step Van Drivers)

Performance-Based Bonus – Earn $15 per day worked when we achieve FedEx Gold Medal status (That's up to $300 extra per month on a full-time schedule!)

What You Need:

At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license & clean record
