Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN license and CPR certification.

• Excellent organizational, customer service, and computer proficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

• Implements the nursing process with patients, following physicians' orders regarding diet, medication, and treatment per Firelands standards.
• Performs assessments, monitors care quality, documents interventions, and reports findings to physicians.
• Instructs patients, staff, and family on treatments and discharge plans to ensure safe transition of care.
• Responds to emergencies; maintains availability of medications and supplies; ensures equipment and environment cleanliness.
• Demonstrates service excellence and acts as an ambassador for Firelands Health.
