Requirements

• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS Certifications.

• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs, signs, and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition. Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from healthcare team members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
• Document the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected outcomes, and interventions.
• Initiate and evaluate patient and/or family education.
• Revise and document the plan of care according to evaluation and changes in medical plan of care.
