Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN seeks a Registered Nurse for the 16-bed ICU. This full-time role (36 hours/week) offers days from 7am–7pm and a sign-on bonus for experienced external candidates.

You will provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge and collaborate with the on‑shift team to meet patient, family, and coworker needs in a high‑acuity setting. Requirements include an Indiana RN license (or compact), BLS, ACLS within 12 months, and NIHSS certification

Competenze

• Indiana RN license (or compact) is required.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS Certification required (within 12 months of hire).
• NIHSS Stroke Certification required (within 10 weeks of hire).

Mansioni

• Direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge.
