Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN is hiring a Registered Nurse for the 2F Step-Down ICU on a full-time day shift (36 hours weekly, 7am–7pm). The role provides direct patient care from admission to discharge and functions as a key on-shift team member.

Qualified candidates hold an Indiana RN license (or compact), current BLS, and ACLS certification within 12 months of hire. The unit manages high-acuity cases and offers meaningful growth within a Pathway to Excellence organization.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider required.
• ACLS Certification required (obtained within 12 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care for patients from admission to discharge.
• Act as an on-shift team member delivering patient care to meet the needs of patients, families, and co-workers.
