Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 2BCE Intermediate unit. This full-time night shift (7pm-7am) position involves direct nursing care from admission to discharge on a 34-bed PCU with a 4:1 patient ratio.

Qualifications include Indiana or compact RN licensure, BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire. Sign-on bonus offered; self-scheduling and competitive benefits are available as part of our caring team.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
• BLS for healthcare provider required.
• ACLS for Healthcare provider required (obtained within 6 months of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct comprehensive nursing care from admission to discharge.
• Act as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet patient and family needs.
• Support a 34-bed Progressive Care/Intermediate unit with a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
