Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, offers the STEP program, a 12-month rotational experience designed to develop emerging professionals across operations, sales, and digital solutions. The program starts in June 2027 and includes exposure to multiple rotations and mentorship opportunities.

You will gain hands-on experience in operations, sales, procurement, E-Commerce, and corporate strategy while building business acumen and leadership skills for a global leader in electrical distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Complete a 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Participate in site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, and project management.
• Present to the Executive Leadership team on key strategic initiatives at program conclusion.
• Engage in mentor programs and special assignments to gain business acumen.

The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is a (12-Month) dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals and helpestablishyour career. You will get hands on experience in every aspect of our business through on-the-job, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips. This rotational program includes exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies' business philosophy. At the conclusion of this dynamic program, you will have the opportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degreerequired
