Echo Electric, a leading distributor of electrical products and a brand owned by Sonepar, invites you to join the STEP program beginning June 2027. The 12-month rotational program develops skills across site and corporate operations, sales strategies, procurement, project management, and E-Commerce.

Through hands-on assignments, e-learning, mentor support, and residency trips, you will gain business acumen and have the opportunity to present to the Executive Leadership team on key initiatives.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program covering Warehouse/Logistics and Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Experience site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the program’s philosophy.
• At conclusion, present to Executive Leadership on key strategic initiatives.

The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is a ( 12-Month ) dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals and helpestablishyour career. You will get hands on experience in every aspect of our business through on-the-job, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips. This rotational program includes exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies’ business philosophy. At the conclusion of this dynamic program, you will have the opportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
