Echo Electric, a Sonepar brand, invites motivated graduates to join the STEP program starting in June 2026. This 12-month rotational program develops skills across warehousing, inside/outside sales, marketing, and projects, with hands-on experience in both site and corporate operations.

You will rotate through key functions, participate in trainings, and present strategic initiatives to the executive team at program end.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable team player

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month dynamic rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills across multiple business functions.
• Gain hands-on experience in site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and related business philosophy.
• Present to the Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives at the conclusion of the program.

The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is a (12-Month) dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals and help establish your career. You will get hands on experience in every aspect of our business through on-the-job, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips. This rotational program includes exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies' business philosophy. At the conclusion of this dynamic program, you will have the opportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives.

In addition to your rotations, you will also experience:

• Team-Building activities with fellow emerging professionals

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required
