Job summary

Echo Electric, part of Sonepar USA, offers a 12-month STEP rotational program for emerging professionals. You will gain hands-on experience across warehouse, sales, marketing, and project teams while participating in mentor-led training and residency trips. The program begins June 2027 and leads to leadership exposure within a global distribution leader.

You will rotate through key areas, travel for exposure to multiple locations, and develop skills in operations, procurement and e-commerce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Enthusiastic and self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-month rotational program across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales/Counter, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce and Outside Sales/Specialty Track.
• Experience site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, and project management.
• Attend residency trips and on-the-job training; present to Executive Leadership at program end.
• Engage in team-building activities and gain business acumen through mentor programs.

The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is a (12-Month) dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals and helpestablishyour career. You will get hands on experience in every aspect of our business through on-the-job, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips. This rotational program includes exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies' business philosophy. At the conclusion of this dynamic program, you will have the opportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degreerequired
