Echo Electric, a brand owned by Sonepar, offers the STEP Associate program in Council Bluffs, IA. This 12-month rotational program trains emerging professionals across logistics, sales, procurement, and project management, with on-the-job and residency experiences.

You will rotate through Warehouse/Logistics, Outside Sales/Specialty Track, and participate in team-building and full-travel rotations across locations, starting June 2027.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related degree required.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Possess an enthusiastic/self-starter attitude.
• Excellent communication, time management and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Flexible and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

The Sonepar Training for Emerging Professionals Program (STEP) is a ( 12-Month ) dynamic, intensive rotational program designed to educate, train, and develop skills in emerging professionals and helpestablishyour career. You will get hands on experience in every aspect of our business through on-the-job, e-learning, subject matter expert training, and residency trips. This rotational program includes exposure to site and corporate operations, sales strategies, processes, procurement, project management, E-Commerce, and the Sonepar USA and our Operating Companies’ business philosophy. At the conclusion of this dynamic program, you will have the opportunity to present to our Executive Leadership team on key strategic organizational initiatives.

Basic Qualifications
